Carlos Restaurant in Slave Lake

I would like to give 5 but they have to put some money into the interior. Food and service are great. Pizza is great, prices are average. Nothing is for free and everything gets more expensive. Take out, order, pick up or servuce inside. You pick.

Possibly the best lasagna I’ve ever had! Make sure to add extra cheese, and order the smaller one, unless you have a large appetite.

Like pizza? Demand quality ingredients and chef's that actually care for their art craft? Then you gotta come to Carlos. To top it off the table service was excellent,; timely, attentive, genuinely friendly but not imposing or intrusive. Why oh why can' t all have staff as professional. Ty Cassie you're a star!

Good food, great service

Always the greatest pizza, maybe in alberta too. Customer service was good not great buy i cant complain. Perfect portions also. Has high chairs for infant's. Great local restaurant all around. Interior needs a update. But still 5 stars for quality food.

Absolute best lasagna..... period. Anywhere. Any time. Worth a trip from Edmonton. We moved away from Slave Lake and always went to Carlos restaurant when we were there. Upon returning for a visit we returned and were greeted by the friendly manager and were even more pleased that the long time recipe was not altered and was ....well...perfect and tasted just like it always has. we will return!

Really good burger and fries. Great price and service. I'll definitely go back but might be a good idea to skip the gravy it wasn't great. That's why only 4 stars. I'd give it 4.5 if I could.

If you're looking for good food at a reasonable price I would tell you to look no further because this is the place. If you feel your inner Garfield just begging for a good lasagna this is also the place. I had the large lasagna and added a modest 3 meatballs and let me tell you it was nothing short of perfection. 10/10 would eat again.
